When will my order ship?
You'll receive your order within 10 days of placing it (and probably sooner!) It goes out USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number, so if you have not received it in 10 days, drop us a note at info@g-dcast.com and we will see what's up.

What is your return policy?
We will happily refund the price, less shipping and handling, of any DVDs that are unopened (still in their shrinkwrap.) Just contact us for return shipping information at info@g-dcast.com.

Can I get a bulk discount?

Why do I need to buy an educational license if I could just buy a home edition copy for $24.95?
G-dcast takes a lot to create - there are writers, educators, animators, sound engineers, producers and talent involved in each episode. Not to mention the DVD production, fulfillment of your order and the development of this website. We depend on institutions like yours paying a share of our production costs, since you are our primary users. And we THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping us keep going and making more work!
