Joel Stanley
London
Joel is an actor, director and educator with a background in Jewish community work. His Jewish theatre company, Merkavah, was founded in 2007 and specialises in promenade and walkabout installations.
He is currently completing an MA in Applied Drama at Goldsmiths, and delivers freelance education and theatre projects both within and beyond the Jewish community.
He studied Torah at Yeshivat Simchat Shlomo in Jerusalem and has worked extensively with all the major Jewish denominations.
Joel is a founding member and resident of The House, the Jewish community house in Willesden Green, London.
